I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where I received my Bachelor’s degree from Rice University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University.

My journey into rehabilitation began while working with the Rice University football team as a student athletic trainer, where I discovered that physical therapy offered the perfect blend of my passion for exercise and healthcare. Over the past 10 years, I have gained extensive experience in various outpatient orthopedic settings, from Houston’s largest academic hospital to a CrossFit gym in Boston. Motivated by this diverse background, I decided to open my own clinic to provide patients with the highest quality care and service.

From endurance training to Olympic weightlifting and grappling martial arts, I love exploring the capabilities of human movement and understanding the important role of activity in overall well-being and mental health.

In my free time, I can often be found on the Brazilian jiu-jitsu mats, running outdoors, or exploring the Bay Area with my partner and our English Shepherd, Wesson!
